SELF-DEFENSE

We will provide self-defense training for men, women, and kids.
 

  • Taekwondo

  • Jiu jitsu

  • Women's Self-Defense

  • Krav Maga

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

This program will focus on the following:

  • Role Playing - This class will teach the kids on how to deal with bullying in any environment

  • Enrichment activities - These are activities about Science, Technology,  Math, Engineering, Computers, Robotics, Arts and Music that both kids and adults will be able to participate in.

  • Bystander training - By encouraging and preparing kids and adults to take action when they witness harassing and discriminating behavior, bystander intervention training helps remove the uncertainty of not knowing when or how to intervene, especially in uncomfortable situations.

LIFE SKILLS

There are several essential life skills you’ll hone in our program and these are:

     

  • Courtesy lessons - Explain to students that polite words like please, thank you, and excuse me make other people feel appreciated and respected. You can show kindness and respect for other people’s feelings by speaking politely to them.

  • Interview skills - learn how to prepare for interview, answer questions and dress for success

  • Finance class - learn how to budget, organize     spending and control your expenses

SAFETY TRAINING

This program will focus on the following:
 

  • Gun Safety

  • Abduction

  • Women's Self-Defense

  • Stranger Danger (For Kids)

FOR OUR MILITARY

We believe that our military veterans deserve our  provided resources even after service. We will give back to our military and help in every way we can.

  • Suicide Prevention - Link to helpful resources

  • Peer Mentors - Support system for you and/or family

  • Body, Mind and Spirit - Focusing on life balance, building up confidence, sense of self.

Rates of bullying vary across studies (from 9% to 98%). A meta-analysis of 80 studies analyzing bullying involvement rates (for both bullying others and being bullied) for 12-18 year old students reported a mean prevalence rate of 35% for traditional bullying involvement and 15% for cyberbullying involvement
